The Remuneration Board has launched its first consultation on a series of proposals for its Determination for the Sixth Assembly.
The Board’s Determination outlines the pay, pensions and allowances of Assembly Members and Assembly Members support staff. The Board has committed to publishing its Determination for the Sixth Assembly, one year in advance of the next election, in May 2020, to inform all potential candidates of the support available to them should they be elected.
The proposals which are being consulted upon relate to the Residential Accommodation Expenditure, Members Travel and Office Costs allowances.
