The Board's Duty to Consult
The National Assembly for Wales (Remuneration) Measure 2010 places a duty on the Board to consult with those who are likely to be affected by any of its proposed changes to the Determination and the package of support it offers to Members and support staff. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting with:
- Members of the Senedd,
- staff employed by Members of the Senedd (or by groups of Members),
- relevant trade unions,
- relevant stakeholders.
